The representativeness of point measurements has for long been a concern for scientists and engineers. The forthcoming September 29th, 2011,we are presenting part of our research. The conference is sponsored by the Japanese Embassy in Bolivia, and co-sponsored by the AIMB, the UMSA, and the Aqua LED Group.
